2. International Transport

  • The Customs Regimes section is incorporated, integrating the following:
    • Node RegimenAduaneroCCP.
    • Field RegimenAduanero with additional validation.
  • The use of the FraccionArancelaria field is modified from conditional to optional and its additional validation is eliminated. It is not omitted to point out that if any value is recorded, it must correspond to some key from the catalog catComExt:c_FraccionArancelaria.
  • The error matrix is ​​adjusted to the new structure of the standard:
    • Code CP169 corresponding to Fraccionarancelaria is eliminated.
    • The code CP169 is incorporated as an additional to the Customs Regime

3. Marine transport

  • The CCP Trailers node is incorporated as a Container subnode which contains two fields:
    • SubTipoRemCCP
    • PlacaCCP
  • 7 codes were added to the catalog c_NumAutorizacionNaviero

4. Hazardous Materials

  • The wording of the Hazardous Material attribute is updated to the Official Mexican Standard NOM-002-SCT-SEMAR-ARTF/2023, List of hazardous substances and materials (dangerous goods).

Catalogs

  • The value of the Hazardous Material column of key 12352124 of the catalog c_ClaveProdServCP is modified to 0.1
  • They incorporate 64 keys to the c_MaterialPeligroso catalogue, as well as updating descriptions in different codes.
  • 3 codes from the c_MaterialPeligroso catalog are deleted in the Excel file
    • Code 3316 with description “CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT or EMERGENCY KIT”.
    • Code 3492 with description “TOXIC LIQUID BY INHALATION, CORROSIVE, N.E.P., with toxicity by inhalation less than or equal to 200 ml/m3 and with a saturated vapor concentration greater than or equal to 500 CL50”.
    • Code 3493 with description “TOXIC LIQUID BY INHALATION, CORROSIVE, FLAMMABLE, N.E.P., with toxicity by inhalation less than or equal to 1,000 ml/m3 and with a saturated vapor concentration greater than or equal to 10 CL50”.
  • The value of the Hazardous Material column of key 12352124 of the c_ClaveProdServCP catalog is modified to 0.1.

5. Graphical Representation

  • The structure referring to the Customs Regimes node is integrated.
  • The structure of the integration of the CCP Trailers node within the Container node is modified.
  • The description of the “Technical specification of the QR code to be incorporated into the Printed representation” is adjusted.
