1. General:

  • The fixed value of the CartaPorte:Version attribute changes to “3.0”
  • The attribute Waybill:TransportFigure:FigureTypes:FigureName changes from optional to required.
    New:
    Include an identifier of the bill of lading complement (CartaPorte:IdCCP) that has the following structure:
    [C]{3}[a-f0-9A-F]{5}-[a-f0-9A-F]{4}-[a-f0-9A-F]{4}-[a-f0- 9A-F]{4}-[a-f0-9A-F]{12}

  • Graphical Representation
    The generation and integration of a QR code in the printed representation with specific data of said complement is requested.

    It must contain the following data as shown below:
    1. The URL to access the service that can display data from the published version of the receipt.
    2. Identifier of the Carta Porte complement (IdCCP).
    3. Date and time Departure Arrival (FechaHoraSalidaLlegada) of the Location node when the attributeTipoLocation is equal to Origin, being the first record of the location node.
    4. CFDI certification date and time

2. Autotransporte

  • The attribute CartaPorte:Merchandise:AutoTransport:Insurance: AseguraMedAmbiente becomes required when transporting a dangerous material
  • The attribute CartaPorte:Merchandise:AutoTransport:Insurance:PolizaMedAmbiente becomes required when transporting a dangerous material
  • New required attribute Waybill:Merchandise:AutoTransport:Vehicle Identification:VehicleGrossWeight
  • New optional attribute CartaPorte:Mercancias:LogisticaInversaRecoleccionDevolucion that refers to when the merchandise is being returned

3. Marítimo

Attributes related to the CCP of the transfer of the goods by land that are now being loaded onto the Ferry are added and the data of the trailer where they are being transported must be specified (which in theory only went from land to sea).

  • The catalog of options for CartaPorte:Merchandise:Maritime Transport:Container Type is expanded to include CM011 (Ferri)*
  • When ContainerType is different from CM011, the following attributes are now conditional and must exist, otherwise they must not exist:
    • MatriculaContenedor
    • NumPrecinto
  • Optional attribute is added to specify the length of the Puntal
  • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:Puntal (decimal)
    When ContainerType is equal to CM011 (FERRI), the following new attributes must exist, otherwise they must not exist:
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:Contenedor:IdCCPRelacionado
      • id of the land transfer consignment note complement
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:Contenedor:PlacaVMCCP
      • vehicle license plate of the motor transport of the CCP of the land transfer ([^(?!.*\s)-]{5,7})
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:Contenedor:FechaCertificacionCCP
      • date of CCP certification of the land transfer
  • When TipoContenedor is equal to CM011 (FERRI), the Node Waybill: Goods: Maritime Transport: Trailers CCP that contains Trailer CCP must be included
  • New RemolquesCCP Node:
    The node CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:RemolquesCCP can exist if TipoContenedor is CM011
  • In this node you can register the data of the trailer(s) or semi-trailers that adapt to the motor transport that transports the goods by land.
  • You can register 1 or 2 nodes
    CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:RemolquesCCP:RemolqueCCP
  • CCP Trailer Contents (Same as Motor Transport Trailer):
  • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:RemolquesCCP:RemolqueCCP:SubTipoRemCCP (c_SubTipoRem)
  • CartaPorte:Mercancías:TransporteMaritimo:RemolquesCCP:RemolqueCCP:PlacaCCP ([^(?!.*\s)-]{5,7})

4. Istmo de Tehuantepec

  • In the event that the transfer enters the region of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, it must be specified in the new attribute CartaPorte:RegistroISTMO (valor fijo: “Si”)
  • If the RegistroISTMO attribute was registered, then you must specify CartaPorte:UbicacionPoloOrigen
    • If the RegistroISTMO attribute was registered, then you must specify
    CartaPorte:UbicacionPoloDestino

5. Transporte Internacional

  • Eliminated: Node CartaPorte:Mercancías:Pedimentos,  It is eliminated because a new one is defined that contains more information about the customs document (covers entries and exits of goods). Attribute Pedimento is eliminated: CartaPorte:Mercancías:Pedimentos:Pedimento, which now must be included inside Node: DocumentacionAduanera
  • New: When TranspInternac = “Sí” the following shall be included:
    • Attribute CartaPorte:RegimenAduanero shall be fill with a value from  c_RegimenAduanero catalog
    • Attribute CartaPorte:Mercancías:Mercancia:TipoMateria shall be filled with a vule form c_TipoMateria catalog
    • Attribute CartaPorte:Mercancías:Mercancia:DescripcionMateria in the event of attribute TipoMateria = 05 Otro
    • Node CartaPorte:Mercancías:Mercancia:DocumentacionAduanera shall be filled
  • New Node DocumentacionAduanera:
    If EntradaSalidaMerc = “Entrada” shall include:
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:DocumentacionAduanera:TipoDocumento attribute and value shall be: 01 Pedimento
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:DocumentacionAduanera:NumPedimento is equivalent to Mercancías:Pedimentos:Pedimento de versión 2.0 ([0-9]{2} [0-9]{2} [0-9]{4} [0-9]{7})
      CartaPorte:Mercancías:DocumentacionAduanera:RFCImpo and shall contain the tax ID (RFC) form the importer which shall be listed on L_RFC list from SAT.
  • If EntradaSalidaMerc = “Salida” shall be included the following:
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:DocumentacionAduanera:TipoDocumento and shall contain a value other than 01 Pedimento
    • CartaPorte:Mercancías:DocumentacionAduanera:IdentDocAduanero and shall contain customs document identificator (Stirng {1,150})

6. COFEPRIS

  • CartaPorte:Mercancías:Mercancia:SectorCOFEPRIS is the new attribute to specify if merchandise is requirerd to hold COFEPRIS authorization and shall use a value from c_SectorCOFEPRIS catalog.
    • It does not have an effective date - it should not be included until there is a date
  • 16 attributes are incorporated that are conditioned to the key specified in the SectorCOFEPRIS field and 3 additional ones that are conditioned to the SectorCOFEPRIS field and that it is an international transfer of “Entry” of merchandise. All of these within CartaPorte:Mercancías:Mercancia
