InterfaInterfactura informs you that today, March 9, 2022, the Tax Administration Service, through a press release, announces that the transition period to issue the electronic invoice with the Carta Porte complement without penalties will be extended until September 30, 2022.
Likewise, the foregoing is ratified in the THIRD Resolution of Modifications to the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2022 (FIRST EARLY VERSION), in accordance with the provisions of the second point that reforms the Forty-seventh Transitory Article of the RMF 2022.
