Interfactura informs you that on June 17, 2024, the Tax Administration Service (SAT), published on its internet portal, the information related to the Carta Porte Supplement version 3.1.
The update of the Carta Porte Plugin to version 3.1 includes the following:
Technical Standard
Update plugin version attribute to 3.1
Deletion of the Customs Regime field
Adjustments to the description of the attributes: LocationPoloOrigin, LocationPoloDestino, CveMaterialPeligroso, FolioImpoVUCEM, GrossVehicularWeight, PlacaCCP.
The Customs Regimes section, CCPCustoms Regime node and Customs Regime field are incorporated.
The RemolquesCCO node is incorporated as a subnode of the Container Element with the fields SubTipoRemCCP and PlacaCCP.
Modification of section 4: "Technical specification of the QR code to be incorporated in the printed representation."
Error Matrix
Different error codes are set: CP106, CP115, CP116, CP117, CP118, CP141, CP146, CP147, CP165, CP166, CP170, CP187, CP202 and CP203 Code CP169 corresponding to the Tariff Fraction attribute is eliminated. The code CP169 is incorporated as an additional attribute to the Customs Regime attribute.
Graphical Representation
The structure referring to the Customs Regimes node is integrated.
The structure of the integration of the CCP Trailers node within the Container node is modified.
Catalogs Carta Porte
7 codes are added to the catalog c_NumAutorizacionNaviero.
The value of the Hazardous Material column of key 12352124 of the catalog c_ClaveProdServCP is modified to 0.1.
64 codes are incorporated into the c_MaterialDangerous catalog, as well as updating the descriptions in different keys.
3 codes from the c_MaterialPeligroso catalog are deleted in the Excel file

It is important to mention that in accordance with rule 2.7.1.8 of the current RMF, it is established that the complements that the SAT publishes on its Portal will be valid and of mandatory use for the taxpayers that apply to them, after thirty calendar days, counted from as of its publication, so the Carta Porte plugin version 3.1 must be used as of July 17, 2024.
