Interfactura informs you that on December 27, 2022, the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2023 was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), in the morning edition, which will be in force as of January 1, 2023.
We invite you to consult said publication, which includes, among other relevant topics, the following:
Fines are indicated from January 1, 2024 to taxpayers who do not have their tax mailbox enabled, or their means of contact are outdated.
In relation to the CFDI in its version 4.0, the extension is maintained until March 31 for its coexistence with version 3.3 in its general use and for payroll.
It indicates that CFDIs may be canceled no later than the month in which the taxpayer must submit the annual return for the year in question.
The extension to March 31 is confirmed to have their e.firma active, while taxpayers who start activities must have it no later than thirty calendar days following the date on which they started activities.
In relation to the bill of lading, the extension to July 31 is maintained for its validity without the application of fines, even if it does not meet the requirements indicated in the instructions for filling it out.
