Interfactura informs you that the tax authority announced that in relation to the publication of the "DECREE by which the Law of General Import and Export Taxes is issued" published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 7, 2022 The tax authority will carry out the update of the catalog of Tariff Fractions (c_FraccionArancelaria) that is used in the Foreign Trade complement for its inclusion in the CFDI version 3.3 and 4.0, which indicates the following:
- The incorporation of 1,305 tariff fractions with their respective Commercial Identification Number (NICO).
- 10,171 keys are maintained, which consider 9 generic keys with a description "Tariff Codes not cataloged in the tariff" (the latter do not change their effective date).
- The effective date of the tariff fractions established in the LIGIE 2022 is December 12, 2022.
Said update was published on Friday, December 2, 2022 on the SAT Portal and will enter into force on Monday, December 12, 2022, until then, so Interfactura will implement it in that sense.
