nterfactura informs that in relation to the activities for updating the catalogs that are used in both CFDI version 3.3, CFDI version 4.0 and its complements, the tax authority gave notice of the update of the catalog for CFDI c_ObjetoImp, as well as the data catalog ( XSD file), to which is attached the key04 - "Yes subject to tax and does not cause tax".
The registration of this key derives from the fact that there are operations where taxpayers obtain income that is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), however they do not cause it, in that sense, when registering key04 in the "ObjetoImp" attribute, it will not be necessary to the corresponding tax node is registered. It is important to mention that to guide taxpayers regarding the use of said key, a frequently asked question will be published on the SAT Portal.
Derived from the foregoing, we inform you that said update will be published on the SAT Internet portal today, Thursday, October 6, 2022, and will come into force on Friday, October 7, 2022, so Interfactura will implement it in that regard.
